The story is good, but the amount of inner dialogue from the characters was a bit much. I would have much preferred to have them talk to each other, or at least other people, about the way they were feeling. Bryce is actually a good guy, but clueless when it came to dealing with Rachel most of the time. Luckily he gets his act together and figures out what he needs to do for his family. I love the way Rachel is into baseball, since it is my favorite sport. I only wish she would have been more open with Bryce as well. Their chemistry is good, but this book was lighter on the sexiness. Overall a good read, looking forward to the next book in the series, there are plenty more Goliaths that need to find their HEA.
